Refund & Return Policy – Kalaagruh

Kalaagruh deals in original, handmade, and limited-edition artworks. Due to the unique and fragile nature of art, we follow a strict but transparent return and refund policy.


1. No Return / No Refund – General Rule

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

● Change of mind

● Personal preference (color, size, texture)

● Minor variations inherent to handmade art

● Custom, commissioned, or made-to-order artworks


2. Eligible Cases for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

● The artwork is damaged during transit, or

● An incorrect artwork is delivered


3. Reporting Timeline

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

[care@kalaagruh.com ]

Include:

● Order number

● Clear photos and/or unboxing video

● Images of damaged artwork and packaging

Claims raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

 


4. Refund Process

● Refunds are processed only after verification

● Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days

● Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

● Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours


5. Return Shipping

If approved:

● Return instructions will be shared via email

● Artwork must be unused and in original packaging

● Kalaagruh reserves the right to reject improperly returned items


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the artwork has not been shipped.
